Perfume and Promises Cover Reveal
It's cover reveal day for Ellen Faith!

Perfume and Promises Cover Reveal

Perfume and Promises by Ellen Faith Published by Self-Published on 21st May 2016 Genres: Chicklit, Humour, Love & Romance Goodreads
Chloe Richards is a small town girl with a big heart. At least, that’s what the local folk of Rosehip Village think. But when her parents turn up on her doorstep asking for help, her secret past is about to be revealed. Being the daughter of Hollywood royalty was never going to be easy, but at 19, Chloe Richards managed to leave that life behind along with the scandals that almost destroyed her. A fresh start was all she needed, and a fresh start was what she got in Rosehip. Girlfriend of a local bookshop owner, best friends with fiercely loyal café owner and owner of a perfume business herself, Chloe has a happy life. But her parents are about to turn her perfect life on its head. Again. What do you do when you’re torn between loyalty and protecting yourself? Should you trust your heart when your head is telling you not to?

About Ellen Faith

Ellen lives in the wonderful county of Yorkshire, England where she spends most of her time baking, eating, baking, and eating. Occasionally she does leave the house to go to the cinema or do some food shopping though. After spending years with an overactive imagination, she decided to put all the magic in her head to some good use and put finger to laptop where The Story of Us was born and became her debut novel. She loves to travel, her favourite destinations so far have all been in America, hence the love of all things, and all people, American. The food rocks pretty hard too, she ate until her jeans begged her to stop whilst she was there. True fact. Aside from day dreaming and eating, Ellen is a sucker for a lolcat, penguins and monkeys - she has never claimed to be normal.

But can Eve get through to Adam before it’s too late? Or will Adam’s evil heart result in the destruction of all?

Praise for The Sentinel (Book 1 in The Sentinel Series)

It’s a book you HAVE to read, because it’s incredible. An outstanding book that has left me bereft its finished. I wished I’d savoured it for longer. This book was one of those that once you started it was impossible to come away from. It was fast paced, exciting, full of suspense and action that had me gasping in shock at twists I never imagined could happen. It’s a story of courage and adventure. And no matter how dark it gets, there’s always love and hope. – Victoria Loves Books Blog

It's really hard to find the words to describe how amazing this book is.
This is definitely the best debut I've read this year! I just love this book, I want you all to read this book, in fact you all need to read this book! - Love of a Good Book Blog

If you want to pre-order this book so it pops straight onto your kindle on December 1st then pop over here. Its only 99p/99c

And if you haven’t read the first two books in the series yet, then pop over here and get your copy, all three books are 99p/99c at the moment

Rebecca Raisin is a bibliophile. This love of books morphed into the desire to write them. She’s been widely published in various short-story anthologies, and in fiction magazines, and is now focusing on writing romance. The only downfall about writing about gorgeous men who have brains as well as brawn is falling in love with them – just as well they’re fictional. Rebecca aims to write characters you can see yourself being friends with. People with big hearts who care about relationships, and, most importantly, believe in true, once-in-a-lifetime love.

Cover reveal for The Broken Hearts Book Club by Lynsey James

I'm delighted to be able to reveal the stunning cover for The Broken Hearts Book Club by Lynsey James.  Isn't it pretty?

The Blurb

Secrets never stay buried for long…
Lucy Harper has always been good at one thing: running from her past. But when her beloved Nana Lily passes away she has no choice except to return to the one place in the world she most wants to avoid…
Luna Bay hasn’t changed much in the eight years she has spent in London. The little Yorkshire village is still just as beautiful, but the new pub landlord is a gorgeous addition to the scenery!
Lucy only intended to stay for a day, yet when she discovers that Nana Lily has not only left her a cottage but also ‘The Broken Hearts Book Club’, Lucy is intrigued. Her Nana never have mentioned the club and Lucy can’t wait to get started, but walking into her first meeting she is more aware than ever that her past is finally catching up with her.
One way or another, Lucy must finally face the secrets she’s kept buried for so long – or spend the rest of her life on the run…

Author Bio: Lynsey James was born in Fife in 1991 and has been telling people how to spell her name ever since. She's an incurable bookworm who loves nothing more than getting lost in a good story with memorable characters. She started writing when she was really young and credits her lovely Grandad- and possibly a bump on the head from a Mr Frosty machine- with her love of telling stories. She used to write her own episodes of Friends and act them out in front of her family (in fact she's sure she put Ross and Rachel together first!)
A careers adviser at school once told Lynsey writing wasn't a "good option" and for a few years, she believed her. She tried a little bit of everything, including make-up artistry, teaching and doing admin for a chocolate fountain company. The free chocolate was brilliant. When Lynsey left her job a couple of years ago, she started writing full-time while she looked for another one. As soon as she started working on her story, Lynsey fell in love and decided to finally pursue her dream. She haven't looked back since.
When Lynsey's not writing, eating cake or drinking tea, she's daydreaming about the day Dylan O'Brien FINALLY realises they're meant to be together. It'll happen one day…

Black Eyed Boy- Laura Huntley PREORDER INFORMATION

I'm excited.  In fact, I'm flibertygiberty excited.  Because today I'm able to share the blurb and pre-order link for my friend Laura Huntley's debut novel Black Eyed Boy!

Since starting blogging in June 2013 I've been fortunate enough to get to know lots of authors via social media, but Laura is someone I met completely independent of that.  One sunny day last June I overcame my nerves and walked into my local writing group.  I was immediately made to feel welcome and loved how diverse the writing styles were.  It was (and still is) a small group, but that has meant we've got to know each other better than we would if it was larger- we share two pieces of writing each fortnight and it's surprising how often there are glimmers of our own lives in what we share, even in the writing we pass off as fiction.  It really does give quite an insight!
Laura is the founder of Woodseats Writers and she leads the group- turning up with prompts, opening sentences, picture cards, random words to fit into our writing...  She does it because she loves words and she loves to encourage.

That is why I'm so thrilled to be able to whip up support for her new release Black Eyed Boy, published by Crooked Cat on April 3rd. I know that it is going to be beautifully written, with vivid descriptions and unexpected twists in unexpected places.  I know this because that's just how Laura writes.

So yes, I am biased.  Yes, Laura is my friend.  But she truly is a fantastic author deserving of her success.

The blurb for Black Eyed Boy, and a link for pre-order, can be found below.

No One Wants to Be Miss Havisham - Brigid Coady COVER REVEAL

So here it is- the exclusive cover reveal for Brigid Coady's novel No One Wants to Be Miss Havisham!

Isn't it super pretty?!

After loving Brigid's Kiss stories (you can read my reviews here ) I'm delighted that there's finally a full length novel on the way, due for release on June 11th- just in time for some summer reading.

I''ll pass you over to Brigid, who is obviously thrilled to be able to share news of her 'baby' with all the lovely readers out there.

"I'm so excited to be revealing the cover of my first full length novel, 'No One Wants to Be Miss Havisham' here with Bunny Lovell. Thank you!

This book has had a long gestation, the first chapter was written back in 2008 as an entry for the Elizabeth Goudge trophy at the RNA Conference. In time it became a novella called 'Bah Humbug!" and then a short novel called 'Wedding Spirits' which HarperImpulse bought last summer. Since then it has had a bit of an overhaul. It's doubled in size and has a new name!

The cover is amazing and the only thing that could make it better would be pink glitter (something that comes up a lot in the book). I can't wait until June when it will be out in the wild."

And if all that wasn't enough of a tease, I'm also able to share the blurb with you all- eek!

What the Dickens is going on?

Edie Dickens is a shark of a divorce lawyer.  She doesn't believe in love and she scoffs at happily ever afters, however she's agreed to be maid of honour for her oldest friend, Mel in two weeks and she still has the hen do to endure.  But she has even more to endure when she's visited by Jessica Marley's ghost and finds out she must change her ways or end up being damned to an eternity watching other people's happiness.  Edie is visited by the Ghosts of Weddings Past, Present and Future every Friday night until the day of the wedding.  Can she learn from her mistakes in time?  And did the ghosts send hunky new lawyer, Jack Twist, to distract her?

Appetite well and truly whetted? You can interact with Brigid (do it! She's hilarious!) on twitter @beecee and via her facebook page.  You can also find out more about her work on the Harper Impulse website.

Cover Reveal for Christmas Wedding at the Gingerbread Cafe -Rebecca Raisin

I've unashamedly loved Rebecca Raisin's 'Gingerbread Café' series and think I may shed a little tear now it's coming to an end.  I don't want to have to say goodbye to these characters!  But thanks to them I am fortunate enough to have made a wonderful real-life friend as well as the fictional ones hiding in the pages.  Rebecca has been hugely encouraging of both the Books with Bunny blog and my own writing journey, and I would never have found her if it wasn't for this series so I'll always have a soft spot for Lily and co.

The cover for the final instalment is absolutely stunning, my favourite yet.  Carina do seem to have a knack of coming up with beautiful covers for their releases!  Look how pretty it is!

I'm going to be drumming my fingers now until the release day.  And I can't wait until there are paper copies available because if ever there was a strokeable cover, it's this.

Cover reveal for The Guestbook- Holly Martin

I am delighted to be able to reveal the cover for Holly Martin's latest release The Guestbook-and look how beautiful it is!
Blurb:

Welcome to Willow Cottage – throw open the shutters, let in the sea breeze and make yourself completely at home. Oh, and please do leave a comment in the Guestbook!

As landlady of Willow Cottage, the young widow Annie Butterworth is always on hand with tea, sympathy or strong Norfolk cider - whatever her colourful array of guests require.  A flick through the messages in the leather-bound cottage guestbook gives a tantalizing glimpse into the lives of everyone who passes through her doors.

This includes Annie herself - especially now celebrity crime writer Oliver Black, is back in town. He might grace the covers of gossip magazines with a different glamorous supermodel draped on his arm every week, but to Annie, he’s always just been Olly, the man who Annie shared her first kiss with.

Through the pages of the Guestbook Annie and Olly, along with all the guests that arrive at the seaside retreat, struggle with love, loss, mystery, joy, happiness, guilt…and the odd spot of naked rambling!

Forget sending postcards saying 'wish you were here' - one visit to Willow Cottage and you’ll wish you could stay forever.

I am very excited for this one, due for release on Valentine's Day.
